Jiyuan Hengshun New Material Co., Ltd. was established in June 2014; located in Wulongkou Chemical Industrial Park of Jiyuan City in Henan Province, we enjoy an advantageous geographical location and convenient transportation for we are adjacent to Jijiao Expressway, Jijin Expressway and Jiyun Expressway. Now, we are mainly engaged in the research, development, production and trade of organic chlorinated products, with an area of 26,000sqm.
Our company's current projects include an annual production of 40,000 tons of chlorinated paraffin, an annual production of 7,000 tons of organic chlorofluorine products, and an annual production of 40,000 tons of Chloroethylene carbonate (CEC). The main products are 4-fluorobenzaldehyde, 4-fluorobenzoyl chloride, o-fluorobenzoyl chloride, 4-chlorobenzaldehyde, 4-chlorobenzoyl chloride, environmentally friendly chlorinated paraffin and Chloroethylene carbonate, etc. Now, our products are mainly used as intermediates for pesticides, medicines, liquid crystal materials and new energy battery electrolytes, etc., and have received excellent feedback in the process of market promotion, won praise from many customers, and occupied a stable market share.
Since establishment, our company has focused on the production and technological research and development of fine chemical related products, improvement of the equipment level by upgrading intelligent equipment, and the increasement of production capacity by applying new technologies and processes. Gradually, we have gathered a large number of engineering and technical talents and market development talents. At present, our company has a total of more than 130 employees, including more than 20 engineering and technical personnel, 9 people with bachelor's degrees or above, and 32 people with college degrees or above. Through fully putting into use of Automation equipment and new environmental protection equipment, we have basically realized the full automation and intelligent control of the production process. In terms of scientific and technological innovation, our company attaches great importance to innovation-driven development. In December 2020, we founded the "Henan Fluorine Chemical Derivative Engineering Technology Research Center"; In recent years, our company has been authorized 28 patents, including 7 invention patents, 21 utility model patents, and 4 scientific and technological achievements. Our company has participated in the formulation of 1 national standard and 5 enterprise standards, with remarkable results.
